Assitant Instructor

Assistant Instructor

The Assistant Instructor course is the first portion of the PADI IDC (Instructor Development Course) and first step to becoming an instructor. You will be mentored by Master Instructor Kevin Black while gathering hands on experience teaching students.

As an Assistant instructor you can act as an instructional scuba assistant and assume limited teaching responsibilities. It is a great way to gain experience in order to become a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.

The course takes 4-5 days for an experienced Divemaster or 6-8 days if you have only recently become a Divemaster.
